- Managing a client portfolio
- Communicating with both B2B and B2C clients, meeting their demands and requirements via skype, emails or phone
- Advising clients on suitable options and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products
- Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures
- Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales
- Making calculations and sending quotations
- Confirm bookings and notify clients of issue tickets for travel, accommodation, insurance, visa and currency requirements
- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created
- Attending Sales team meeting and report weekly assignments

Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to work under high pressure and overtime
- Got experience in inbound travel sales/ Travel consultants from an Inbound Travel Company
- Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or Languages & International Studies
- Good communication, organization skills
- Strong customer and sale focus
- Enjoy working with people
- Careful, enthusiastic, patient and hard working with “ can do” attitude
