1. Indochina architectural works
History lovers will appreciate the colonial architecture featuring pale yellow exteriors, such as the City Post Office designed by Gustav Eiffel and the Notre Dame Cathedral, which was constructed using materials brought in from France. Many of these historic structures can be found in the heart of District 1, particularly along Dong Khoi and Le Loi streets.

2. Thu Thiem Tunnel in District 2 (Saigon River Tunnel)
The best spot for a panoramic view of Ho Chi Minh City at night is the park in District 2, located at the end of the Thu Thiem Tunnel. It’s an excellent place for families to relax, enjoy fresh air, and indulge in street food or BBQ while taking in the sparkling sights of Saigon after dark!

3. Nguyen Hue pedestrian street (District 1)
Since its transformation into a pedestrian street in 2015, Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, situated in the city center, has become a popular gathering spot for locals during the day. Stroll past stylish boutiques and cafes (like 42 Nguyen Hue) that offer fantastic views of the bustling street below. Here, you can enjoy a variety of activities, from dining to entertainment, featuring street performers and children skateboarding. 4. Chinatown
Chinatown, known as “Cho Lon” - "Big market" in District 5, boasts vibrant temples and pagodas. As you walk through the bustling streets, take a moment to appreciate the antique shops, including traditional medicine stores. While you’re there, be sure to savor dishes like dim sum or a steaming bowl of noodles!

5. Starlight Crescent Bridge and Phu My Hung Urban Area
Situated in District 7, just south of the city center, Starlight Bridge spans Crescent Lake and is an excellent place for photography, particularly at night when it’s illuminated. The surrounding Phu My Hung area features expansive gardens, tree-lined streets, and contemporary Western-style villas, making it a delightful spot for jogging and cycling.
