The Indian tourists will stay at about 10 high-end hotels in Hanoi until August 30. They will be divided into several smaller groups to take turns visiting Hanoi, Ha Long, and Ninh Binh over the coming days.

They visited President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, and Hoa Lo Prison during their four-day trip in the capital.

They will then travel to Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh province before heading to the Trang An Landscape Complex in Ninh Binh province. A total of 4,500 Indian tourists are scheduled to stay in the nation until September 7.

Vietnam is rapidly emerging as a popular destination among Indian tourists, with the country receiving 392,000 Indian visitors back in 2023.
